Joyce holds a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist from California, USA, and is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
Educationally, Joyce earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in California. Her background in clinical psychology and marriage and family therapy equips her with a deep understanding of individual, relational, and systemic dynamics, enhancing her ability to address diverse client needs comprehensively.
